The wood is the core of every racket. The Zen Off 7 from Sunflex is particularly suitable for a power offensive game that puts the opponent under pressure from the first strike. The seven wood veneers are perfectly coordinated and ensure a high speed, but still play more “lively” than many other fast offensive blades and give you good ball feedback and a lot of feel. Of course, this Sunflex wood is also excellently processed and makes a very good visual impression.
The Sanwei Gear Hyper Hard rubber is mounted on the forehand side . The Gear Hyper rubber series has enjoyed great popularity for years. The hard version is the fastest of the three rubbers and gives your topspins the necessary power. Nevertheless, it doesn't play uncontrolled, but rather pleasantly "linear": the relatively small catapult effect means you can regulate very precisely how much speed you want to give the ball. This also makes it much easier to counteract opposing topspins and in spin duels from half a distance.
For the backhand we chose the Gewo Neoflexx eFT 48 . The Neoflexx series is “ made in Germany ” and is characterized by a good balance of speed, spin and control. The version with a sponge hardness of 48° is faster and more offensive than its “little siblings”. Since the hitting techniques on the backhand are usually a little shorter than on the forehand, we chose this rubber because it has a high level of momentum and therefore high acceleration and rotation development even with short movements. The green top rubber also sets visual accents. Hard, well-placed topspins are difficult for any opponent to return.
