What is the difference between your table tennis bats and those from Amazon, Ebay, Decathlon and other platforms?
We offer two different series of table tennis bats in our online shop. Our focus and our specialty are the individually manufactured table tennis bats of the “customized series”. These rackets differ significantly from those in “series production,” which are also available in the platforms mentioned. We offer you all products relating to recreational table tennis in our online shop. From table tennis bats, covers, cleaning accessories, balls and textiles, you will find everything you need to pursue your hobby.
What is the best way to store my table tennis bat?
Your rubbers in particular are very sensitive to external influences such as dust, sun, moisture, etc. Therefore, you should clean your table tennis bat after use (see care instructions) and then store it in a table tennis cover and store it in a dry and cool place at home.
How long does a table tennis bat last?
Your table tennis bat consists of one blade and two rubbers. The wood is very durable and only needs to be replaced if it breaks. Your table tennis rubbers lose grip and spin over time. That depends on how often you play and how well you take care of the surfaces. As a rule, table tennis rubbers last around 8-10 months when used two units per week. You should then replace the pads. Care instructions
So that you can enjoy your table tennis bat for as long as possible, we recommend that you clean the bat after use with the care products available from us and then store it in a bat case.

How long does delivery take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-2 working days. Since we have all products in stock, orders received by 1 p.m. on weekdays are usually shipped on the same day.
How much are the shipping costs
You can see the shipping costs here (insert link). Within Germany, the flat rate shipping fee is 4.50 euros up to an order value of 85 euros, but for an order value of 85 euros we will send your package free of charge.
Where do you deliver to? Do you deliver internationally?

Which shipping service provider will my order be sent with?
Within Europe we ship your products with DHL. Depending on the country, DHL, DHL Express or Fedex are used for international shipping.
How can I track my order?
After shipping, you will receive an automatic order confirmation with a tracking link for online tracking.
Is delivery to a packing station or post office possible?
Within Germany, delivery to a packing station and a post office is possible.

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by email. An invoice is included in the package.
I have not received an order confirmation or shipping notification. What can I do?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Do I have to register with you as a customer to be able to place an order?
No. You can create a customer account, but you can also order from us as a guest.
I made a mistake in my information, how can I correct it?

Frequently asked questions about returns & exchanges
How do I return my order?
If you don't like an item, you can return it to us at any time. Please use the return label included in the package and send us the items you do not want.
Can I exchange my product? What do I have to consider?
You can exchange a product at any time if you don't like it. Please note that for tax reasons we treat an exchange as a return. If you return one or more items to us, we will issue you a credit and refund the invoice amount to your account. You can then simply order the new item in our online shop.
How do exchanges and refunds work?
If you want to exchange or return an item, send it back to us using the return label included in the package. We will then refund you the purchase price using the same payment method that you chose when purchasing. Only for cash on delivery delivery do you have to provide us with your bank details on the return slip so that we can issue the refund. If you pay in advance, we will use this account to reimburse you; if you pay by Paypal, we will also refund back to your Paypal account.
I received an incorrect product. What can I do?
